Using this site
This site, and everything on it — the words, the logo, the design — belongs to Tagly LLC. You're welcome to read it, link to it, and sign up to be notified. You may not copy it, resell it, or pass it off as your own.
Nothing is for sale yet
Tagly has not launched. Nothing here is being sold, nothing is being processed, and no money changes hands through this site today. When that changes, we will publish separate terms covering what you're getting, how billing works, and how to get your money back — before launch, not after.
Signing up to be notified
Leaving your email only adds you to a list so we can tell you when Tagly is available. You can ask us to be removed at any time by writing to the address below, and every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
No guarantees about this site
We provide this site as is, without promising it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change or take down any part of it at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Tagly is a product of Tagly LLC, a California limited liability company.
