We are not shipping yet. The first production run is being made now. Nothing on this site charges you today — joining the Founding 500 list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
100 days, even if you have used it
If Tagly is not for you, send it back within 100 days of delivery and we refund you in full. It does not need to be unopened, unused, or in the original box. A tracker you were afraid to take out of the packaging would have been useless to you anyway.
How to do it
- Email support@shoptagly.com with your order number.
- We send you a prepaid return label. You do not pay to return it.
- The refund goes back to your original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us.
Bought the wrong thing?
If you bought Tagly and you are an Android user, say so and we will refund you immediately — you do not need to send anything back. That mistake is ours for not being clear enough, not yours.
