We are not shipping yet. The first production run is being made now. Nothing on this site charges you today — joining the Founding 500 list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Two-year battery warranty
If your card stops holding a charge within two years, we replace it. No receipt hunt, no diagnostic questions, no argument. Batteries failing early is the single most common complaint about every other tracker card on the market, which is exactly why we warranty ours.
The Found-It Guarantee
If you lose the bag, wallet or suitcase your Tagly is in, and it does not come back to you within 30 days, we send you two new cards free of charge. You do not have to prove anything beyond telling us what happened.
What is not covered
- Physical damage — snapping the card in half, or running it through a laundry cycle in a pocket.
- Loss of the card itself, as opposed to the item it was tracking.
Even then, write to us. We would rather keep a customer than win an argument.
